The Second Age Project is an original, fan-made adaptation of Tolkien's Second Age — the centuries between the fall of Morgoth and the War of the Last Alliance. Drawing from the Silmarillion, Unfinished Tales, and Tolkien's own histories, the series follows the smiths of Eregion, the House of Elros in Númenor, and the elves of Lindon through the Second Age of Middle-earth.

Season 1: An Age Still Innocent

Episode 1: Gift of Men

The Second Age begins - Men of Númenor sail back to Elven kingdom of Lindon in Middle-earth where High-King Gil-Galad, Elrond, Galadriel, Celeborn and many others welcome them. In East Sauron starts to gain influence. The dwarven smith Narvi visits Celebrimbor with a piece of newly found strange metal - Mithril and a riddle of how to work it.

Episode 2: Foundations of Eregion

A flower forged of Mithril starts a chain of events that leads to founding of a new Elven realm of Eregion - a realm of Elven smiths who will later forge a new destiny for Middle-earth.

Episode 3: The Guild of Elven Smiths

Eregion has risen and the Guild of Smiths is about to begin its work. Yet they are missing one important master - a master of metallurgy. The quest to find him takes us to many new locations. In Númenor future king Aldarion sets his sails to Lond Daer - a Numenorean settlement - a decicion that will alter the faith of men.
